Choosing Starter Vape Kit test reports guide
Ordering starter vape kit is not difficult. Ordering starter vape kit that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. We supply former smokers in European and North American markets with core lines that turn over predictably, and we keep the specification list short enough for your team to actually manage.

Getting the documents right
This page is for former smokers who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.
Regulation for starter vape kits differs by country and sometimes by state. We do not pretend to be your lawyer, but we do keep the document pack current and we will tell you when a configuration cannot legally enter a market you have named.
We keep batch codes traceable from carton to production date. When a market authority asks for traceability, a supplier who cannot produce it in an hour becomes a liability very quickly.
Price breaks and payment terms
We publish a realistic band of 2.69 to 8.15 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
A landed cost sheet for starter vape kit has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
What we test before a carton is sealed
Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
- Reference sample retained from every batch
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
Presentation that earns the step-up
Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Photography matters for online listings. Shoot on a neutral background with the device at a slight angle, show the pack alongside the unit, and keep the same framing across the range so the grid reads as a family.

Frequently asked
How long does production take?
Around 28 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 60 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate pack for your market: test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets. We send scans before dispatch so your broker can pre-clear the file.
