For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.
Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.
Lead times, freight and landed cost
Damage in transit is nearly always a packing decision, not bad luck. Double-walled cartons, internal dividers and a drop-tested configuration cost a little more and save the argument at the other end.

How the price is actually built
We publish a realistic band of 3.00 to 8.20 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For former smokers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
