Price breaks and payment terms

We publish a realistic band of 3.01 to 9.23 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For former smokers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

What happens when something goes wrong

Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.

Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.

How we structure a first order
